Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) Filing

Submission of the yearly Unified Carrier Registration for an interstate motor carrier.

This fee is in addition to the Unified Carrier Registration fees due by the motor carrier based on the number of units.

Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) requires people and companies that operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate or international commerce to register your business with a participating state and pay an annual fee based on the size of your fleet.

Companies operating solely as brokers, freight forwarders, or leasing companies are also required to register.

Companies providing both motor carrier services, as well as broker, freight forwarder, and leasing services are required to pay the fee level set at the motor carrier level.
