Full Query

A Full Query requires the driver to be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse to provide electronic consent.

A Full Query can be used when doing an Annual Query in lieu of a Limited Query. A Full Query is recommended after an Employer has reported a negative Return to Duty test to ensure the drivers status has changed and they are no longer prohibited from driving.
