Driver Qualification Compliance Reminders

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) & Department of Transportation (DOT) require that a motor carrier maintain a driver qualification (DQ) file for each driver it employs under §391.51. If you are not sure what you need for your DQ folders a checklist can be found here.
